The RuralMED Mobility project will celebrate its Final Event on 16–17 June 2026, jointly hosted by the Extremadura Energy Agency (AGENEX) and the Regional Energy and Environment Agency from North Alentejo (AREANATejo), in Spain and Portugal. This event will also serve as the Sixth Steering Committee and Transnational Forum of the consortium.

This cross-border event will bring together project partners, stakeholders and public authorities to present the results achieved over two and a half years and outline the final steps towards project closure.

The Final Event will also serve as a platform for exchanging lessons learned, showcasing the tools and methodologies developed within the project, and discussing opportunities for replication and transfer across the Mediterranean. The participants will also attend study visits, offering a practical perspective on mobility initiatives.
